I agree to purchase three wines quarterly billed to the credit card on file. Billing will be in March, June, September and December. Remain active in the wine club for a minimum of one year. If you cancel before one year, there is a $75 fee. Let us know at least two weeks prior to any billing period of any changes or special requests. Keep your billing and contact information on file up-to-date If you elect to pick up your wine club selection, we ask that you pick up within 6 months.
